Shipping policy

 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

All orders are sent via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days from the date you place your order. Your delivery time frame will depend on our stock levels. We might need to order an item in for you, which is why some item’s expected dispatch time will be a little longer up to 14 days, this will be advised. 

 

DELIVERY METHOD

We ship online orders to New Zealand addresses using Courier Post or Fastway courier services. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient's signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout. Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are solely requested at the recipients own risk. In this case, Curtain Creations and Courier Post/Fastway Couriers accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents.
